Last week in the company im working till this minute, someone work for 18 year, as he resigned from the work, they refused to pay his entitlement, shegun come to scatter things, until they paid him 1.8 million Naira instead of 3 million Naira

He was lucky they gave him money.In some places, he would not have seen One Naira after working for many years.Most private firms can be annoying.

I'm just hearing about this for the first time.

the best thing is to work for yourself , then you dont have to subject yourself to an interview by another person whom like a lot of people is probably an immoral character with a very sick mind, so that all they use their interview for is to steal peoples positive energy.

I had long career in technology sector , and looking back i regret presenting myself for those interviews, cause more often than not, the person doing the interview just wants to abuse the situation to satisfy some childish fetish.

I have been interviewed by some wonderful people who acted like their only objective was the assessment, but they were in the very minority

Work from home until order and common sense is restored to the world.

Beware whom you allow to probe into you sacred mind, more often than not people aren't what they appear to be, especially those who rise high enough to do interview.

it is mostly for formality sake because most time the company already know about the issue most existing staff raised

Not all cases....cases of sexual assault can come in or something else.

it's actually what's they do, some will employ you and after you have helped them to put everything on Google sheets, they claim you are not meeting up to KPI and they lay you off.
