Just got this email for Dependent (Partner and child). Does UKVI na ask for POF when CoS of main applicant tick Maintenance as Yes? They started with police clearance certificate which I sent them last week and now this 2 emails again for both dependent partner and child?

Ur employer only ticked yes to maintenance without writting cover note that the maintenance covers both main applicant and all dependents....

This is not a hard matter...they even gave u two options...

If u dont have money sitting for 28days or more.. just ask ur employer to help you with sponsor note to cover ur dependents

As per the maintenance for applicants and dependents being ticket YES on the CoS, it has been normal thing that everyone I have seen applied as dependent did and got.

Talking about asking the NHS Trust who is the sponsor of the main applicant to get a maintenance cover letter for dependents, are you sure they are gonna accept to provide the letter when it was clearly stated on her offer letter that a studio apartment will be provide free of charge for the MA for the first 2 months and can have access to it for another 4 months if she pays for it.

See make i clear you....The ECO asked because its the NHS....its rare for NHS to sponsor the entire family together with applicant.......in my opinion, main apllicant should just show bank statement.......

Please I need enlightenment on this. My wife travelled to the UK earlier this year on a skilled work Visa, joining her soon by God's grace. My question is this; we got married in 2014 in church n just recently did a registry back up. We have kids aged 8, 6 and 2 whom we are hoping to bring when I'm settled in. Does the year reflecting on the registry certificate in any way impact on the visa grant for our kids?

Use the church certificate.. forget the registry certificate if u dont want unnecessary wahala for one troublesome entry clearance officer

I’m confused why people are complaining about lack of shift or jobs. I may be wrong but I think the problem is either they don’t drive, have a car or have license. Shift yakpa for where I dey. But only if you are mobile. Things I did that I think helped ; get a car with insurance, get ur int driving license before leaving , most imp before u leave get used to road signs and driving instructions via the gov.uk site. If possible pay the £15 hazard perception multi trial test. Then Watch tons of YouTube vid on how to pass the test.
Hopefully this helps someone.

Don’t stress yourself, the normal Nigerian drivers license carries more weight. Don’t bother yourself about the international license.
