Lol. I always say this "That someone (coach) is in that position, doesn't mean his decision is infallible or he knows it all."

Most coaches will choose Kai Havertz over and over, but is it because he's a good footballer or because he's from Germany (a footballing nation)?

These are the same mistakes most coaches make when it comes to selecting the right players or buying the right profile.
