Very bad , the worst part is that after the demolition they don’t develop the area they fallow it and place it for sale again , the people they are demolishing their houses do not have money to build in estates they look for a cheaper place to build before God will bless them for them to move to a better place , ok now you demolish their houses and have their belongings destroyed and carted away with . When the owners come back now it will look as if they are dreaming some out of shock and BP will collapse and that will be their end. Man inhumanity to his fellow human . God save and help us Amen

So many poor people are the reason why they're poor. They are mostly the cause of their problems.

Notices should be given and people evacuated before demolition takes place. Sometimes several notices are sent but people ignore them, I think what government should do is to ensure that people and property are forced to be evacuated like two weeks before the bulldozers roll in. The country is hard enough already people shouldn't be losing their hard earned property just because once occupied illegal structures.
