85k is what you called a low budget. How many people can afford 85k phone now. It's a middle budget or average. Low budget will be 50k to 60k

The best I was shown around that price in Ikeja is Redmi 10A and I don't much like it.

for Snapdragon, I don't know but you can still check out Samsung A series and TECNO POVA or Spark series
