The crisis between Edo State Governor, Mr. Godwin Obaseki, and his deputy, Comrade Philip Shaibu, has widened with the relocation of the deputy governor’s office away from Government House.

Bloomshire Nigeria has uncovered the new office of the embattled deputy governor - it’s now located at No. 7, Dennis Osadebey Avenue - a somewhat abandoned building tucked in the Government Reserved Area, designated for his official duties.

The plan, according to sources, is yet to fully unfold; these are merely the initial signs of potential developments. If he absconds or neglects his duties, the battle-tested governor may deploy another strategy to exert further control over the man who seeks to succeed him.

If true, this is so evil, the warthog-looking Obaseki won't end well.

There should be laws against High handed actions like this ,

Maybe this is deliberate action by Obaseki to win sympathy for Shaibu ahead of the elections .

Maybe Obaseki is secretly supporting Philip Shuaibu

This is the definition of fighting dirty.

A true and cohesive governance would have borne the brunt of such a fight had there been a true and cohesive governance in the Nigerian polity to begin with.

Unfortunately, it is difficult to have sympathy for Philip.

He deserves this and more

cool Emilokan has insider in Oga Buhari cabinet, so they are always there to say good things about him, even when it was looking like Oga Buhari wanted to play home goal , he still go around and try to convince those close to Oga Buhari... So Oga Philip it's not by public fight , rather it is diplomacy, find people around Oga Obaseki to always say good things about you , because it's obvious he has heard something and you have no idea what they got on you ...be calming down this is not labour matters ..

Just imagine this act of impunity, lawlessness and unconstitutionality by Godwin Obaseki. Was this how Edo people supported you to defeat Oshiomhole?

Even if there is a political Indifference between you and your deputy over flying the party flag in the upcoming state gubernatorial election, does it warrant this executive rascality? This one of the ill effect of the NGF formation and tends to discourage the state police autonomy- governors will just hijack it.

See them, shortsighted Ipob pigs, when we say you people are genetically senseless and shortsighted, you start crying. You are just seeing what others saw because you are historically daft.
After leading gullible Edolites into this misfortune, they are washing their hands off the matter. Anyone you support must suffer misfortune. See what you cursed slaves have brought upon Edo people.

When Obaseki stopped the inauguration of duly elected members of EDHA, you akpu munchers were opening your ogiri-stained teeth and laughing like hyenas. You are now shedding crocodile tears. May God handle the affairs of your children how Obaseki handled Edo state.

The signpost is not even new. It was removed from the back gate of the goverment house lodge and repainted to give it the shine.

Obaseki my man!! The Deputy deserves everything he is getting. How can you plan against your boss just because you want to be Governor.

it was a matter of kill me or I kill you.b

Since all his plans against his boss didn't work, it's time for him to suffer.

He will go back to Jattu to go and start peeling and selling groundnut.

Shuaibu and Obaseki were busy attacking Tinubu back then, Tinubu is President today, while the two accidental politicians are busy killing each other's career.

Tinubu is a rock, his enemies like egg, Rock will always crush egg anyday, anytime.

Obaseki, if you like relocate Shaibu to a toilet, what will be will be!!!

I thought that experience would have thought you politicians but no!!!!

Shaibu is ambitious and he never hid it, it's in him. Infact, it was this same trait he used to move places to ensure that you won!

If he is going to work for the people genuinely, why not give him the chance This is how to demonstrate true leadership!!!

It's now Edo will feel the ruthlessness of obaseki. Labour should just forget any taught of winning a local government election today. Obaseki dealt with in the house of assembly elections, as in it was brazen. His boys tore n rewrite almost all the results right in pooling units. This he has nothing he is left to prove but rascality
