Considering current fuel situation and cost of maintenance, which car should I buy between Toyota carry 2012 and corolla 2014.

Help me with their prices where possible

On par corollas are of better fuel mpg than Camrys. But with time you will wish you had sacrifice the extra fuel cost for the extra power the Camry can deliver.. Best of luck in your choice.

Both have excellent fuel economy but the Corolla has a slightl edge over the Camry
The Camry has more power sha it depends on what you want

The Corolla is mostly V4 while the Camry is usually V6 depending on the one you get
I driven both and that’s the only difference
Finally the prices depends on the type you’re looking for
Is it Toks or Nigerian used?

Most Camrys are i4.
Only a few are V6

Corollas are mostly 4 cylinder engines with a 1.8 - 2 litre engine so better fuel economy but less space( not good for family man or you have a business that requires carrying big stuff).
The Camrys are mostly 4 cylinder 2.4litre engines though there are 3.5l 6 cylinder engines.
More fuel consumption but more space and accelerates faster ie better driving 'feeling"
Choose whichever suits you.

Camry.. if u can push harder get corolla 2015(bullet light) .. thank me later.
Camry is over hyped jus like corolla 03 to 08.
But spider camry 2014 is worth it, bt corolla 2015 is classy, no one knows if u official or street.. I like the corolla & hilux. If I am to use Japanese car again in life those 2 & lexus.

Just because you have a car with better economy does not mean you will get good economy.

If you drive like a fool up and down like all those Uber drivers and 419 boys with tokunbo Lexus and Camry accelerating braking changing lanes anyhow, your car will not give you any good fuel economy whatever car you drive.

When tests we’re done for fuel economy, they did not involve driving like a mad man.

Buy the Corolla 2014. Based on this question, you gave away your car IQ. So go for the 2014 Corolla, better fuel economy, and also good resale value.

Go for camry 2012

A close friend drives this same Camry and often times I ride in it with him.

Almost on a non stop basis he appreciates his car economy and performance each time he drives.

Amazingly he sold a Corolla of a more recent version to buy this same kind of Camry you have up here.

I think you should get the Camry. Make sure to get a good one. Ensure no error codes on the dashboard. The only light you should see when the car is started is "green economy".

Camry engine is stronger than corrola engine.


Corrola is good for running around few kilometers, within d state or geo political zone.

They should call those Chinkos that help them do fake products to manufacture fake electric cars and bikes .

Fake ones will be affordable.

Are u kidding me the only difference you see in both mcars are just there engine?
Lies, camry is far better and the interior is better both in comfort, corolla normally doesn’t come with leather interior blc they’re built for bugdet!

Camry is better in all ramifications,just that corolla save a little fuel more than!

Having used two Camry cars 4 plugs and a Lexus 6 plugs, I appreciate a car with better performance irrespective of the fuel consumption, as long as you can afford to buy the fuel. The difference is clear. I see when other cars are struggling to pick up speed and maybe in 100m, whereas you both started the same and have moved to 500m or more. The difference is crystal clear.
