Someone said Arteta's problem is that he doesn't know how to bench Partey and he wants to always start his new expensive signings, that is why we were having all those experiments at the back. Now that Partey has removed himself from the equation, things should be more straightforward.

This Partey and his injuries sa... Looks like those leg bones and muscles are older than 35. Thank God we no sell off Jorg.

No be 4ck make Partey dey get injury jare , na old age . People don’t understand how far African players cut their age . They cut as much as 10 years from their age and it affects their productivity and fitness level (or both ) in a league like EPL

Glad to see a familiar back 4. Nketiah is in such good form, so I understand why he is picked ahead of Jesus. He would also provide that needed presence inside the United box. Also, if we need some fire power later in the game, we have good quality in Jesus/ Trossard coming off the bench.

United are going to rely on counter attacks and that would put a ton of pressure on Rice who is sitting deep alone because Havertz is not going to be of much help defensively and Zinny is not exactly great defensively. I hope we can close up the spaces quickly when United transition into offense.

In all, we need all 3 points to keep the chase. Liverpool/ Spuds/ City are showing they are all in the race.

When it comes to hold up play, Jesus is ahead of Nketiah. Jesus always know what he wants to do with the ball when it is at his feet ; he know if he wants to dribble , if he wants to run with the ball or if he wants to wait for support to come .

Now we can access the potential of this midfield without Partey coming to help from RB.

Jesus and Trossad can come in later... I would also love to see ESR come in for Havertz later in the match..
