And for Lagdo dam in Cameroon. What's stopping Nigeria government for building their own Dam? Useless government.

There is a place on the way to Ikorodu called Majidun. During the rainy season, the river overflows its banks and houses are submerged. Even if all the gutters in Lagos are empty, houses will still be submerged. You know why?
They built on riverbanks and floodplains.

There is a place called Isheri North. They didn't mention it but it will also be flooded. Guaranteed. It is a floodplain also.
