This is UNtrue. Tinubu conceived it. Fashiola started it and pursued it vigorously. The number one thing I had against Ambode was that he did little or nothing for this project. Thank God Sanwo-Olu revived it and pursued it the way Fashola did. If Akinwunmi "Otodogbame" Ambode had won a second term, there'd be no rail today.
