Pls I need help or clarifications on this idle speed of a thing.

After servicing my car few months, my Idle speed has now moved up and hovers around 1,000 to 1,100 when it's fully warmed.

But then, I also observed recently that when AC and headlamp is ON and at slightly high temperature (i.e a bar below the thermostat sign) the rpm will drop down to 800 when driving and 1000 to 1,1000 when in park.

Kindly note that it maintains 1,000 to 1,100 on driving without AC and 1200 to 1400 in park in the morning .

Like I have reported earlier, the only DTC code that is displaying is P0130 and I have been trying to work it out. I bought a new 02 but the code still showing.

Cam I set this Idle Speed manually ?

Either you have a vacuum leak either from pcv valve or somewhere.check those air hoses.going into the pcv valve and back to the air engine filter.something is loose or wrong . Hope kazeem has not tsmpered with engine

Thank you. A quick, can this idle speed be adjusted manually... Cos I have searched for any leaked hose but I couldn't find any.

And lastly, What is the best Idle Speed for car ( Toyota Camry 2003, 4 plug).

There is a leak from throttle body. Especially the hose. Change the hoses don’t bother finding the leak.

Also you might buy the wrong o2 sensor or they are not good.

Vacuum leakes

Needs idle reset.
It an atomatic idle control so u cant reset it manually.

Take a picture of your idle control system and post here so I'll show you what to likely fix.
Also what's the repair history? Did you work on your throttle body recently?

If you have an aerosol can( your wife should have on) lightly spray around the engine and hoses while engine is running, if to feel the engine change sound that is where your leak is

Does your throttle use cable? If yes, then the kazeem likely adjusted the cable, thus causing your car to idle at high rpm.

Another possibility is that your car's thermostat has been removed and fan running directly.

Confirm these.

I think 2003 Camry uses cable-control throttle body.

I am almost 100% sure that the inner opening of the idle air control valve of OP's car has been blocked using small rag or foam.
The mechanic then adjusted the throttle flap opening to raise the idle rpm above 1000rpm to compensate the engine (to saty around 800rpm) and prevent it from stalling whenever loads like AC or gears are engaged.

First check the idle air control valve for blockage. I suspect perhaps the valve is stiff or not functioning, and that is why the mechanic blocked the opening.
You may need to change it. Also check that the wiring (3 wire) is ok.
After changing the IAC valve, adjust the throttle back to it's original position. The system should be okay.

I will suggest to do this first before looking at the O2 sensor issue.
Using a live data from a good obd2 scanner will give a more accurate diagnosis of the O2 sensor issue.

Your ignition coil might be getting bad. I've got same car and replaced coil, car was so smooth

Does your throttle use cable? If yes, then the kazeem likely adjusted the cable, thus causing your car to idle at high rpm.

Another possibility is that your car's thermostat has been removed and fan running directly.

Confirm these.

That is a problem that causes what you are observing,
Fan direct, no thermostat means the engine runs cold in open loop so it keeps pumping fuel, your fuel economy will be bad , engine will be burning fuel
