What is the "costs " of prosecuting a case that can net US $1.8m?
Was Tinubu reachable?
Was his lawyer represented?
Was his company(Mobil ) represented?
Was any of the defendant represented?
Was there any hearing?

3 Here is the frozen/ forfeiture argument of yours. I remember pointing out that Russia frozen assets will simply be returned after USA takes $500k based on your story. There are several types of forfeiture. When an asset is frozen, $500k is collected when their is no judicial involvement (Administrative Forfeiture). There was a hearing in Tinubu's case: It was definitely not an administrative forfeiture since we all have access to court documents.

You lied again. The USA could have taken everything as not all forfeiture has a $500k limit.

INEC gave LP the papers. The problem is that LP has a shit administration. The papers that INEC submitted to the court and LP was accurate enough with the ones LP agents submitted.


Also recall that LP had to open a FB ROI page to gather PU copies from their agent. It is these copies from their agent that could have been used to protest the results. They either didn't have them or it tallied with INEC result.


It is also silly and plain stupid to expect INEC to submit Copies that are not in tandem with the final results.

INEC is at liberty to prescribe the manner with which election results should be collated. INEC is not mandated to electronically transmit or transfer election results.

The INEC chairman stated that his primary duty is to announce the results. APC had 97 percent party agents of PUs. PDP had 99, LP 69.
First, it is no one's fault that LP is struggling with organization and communication issues. They are asking their agents to send the original PU result to a WhatsApp number on their Twitter account. This is information that should have arrived at the state situation room less than 2 hours after voting. The Partu agents should dispute the result at the National level instead of chasing shadows. How can you confirm that your agents signed the sheet at state level but you are looking for result to be uploaded first on IREV? How do you tell the electoral umpire to pause collation of votes?

Now, while the INEC chairman insisted on continuing was simply because every vote counted was validated with BVAS. So BVAS was used for the validation of votes and all votes counted were validated by it. The only issue it had was not being able to upload the result sheet..


If you go to court(probably the results have been uploaded) and it tallies with the collated one, you simply wasted your time. The Commission is also not mandated by law(I am quoting a professor of law on ChannelsTV) to first produce the uploaded sheet before announcing a winner. According to the electoral Act 2022, the returning officer(INEC chairman) has the right to make certain decisions provided a review is possible within a week.
In the same Electoral Act, there is no punishment for not uploading PU result except if it was done "willfully". Meaning that unless you criminally decided not to, then you didn't do anything wrong. Now you will need to prove criminal intent and motive.

I don check am and my response to you is this. When you approach the court, the burden of proof rests on you to provide evidence. LP should know INEC wasn't going to support their cause to present any evidence that disproves the result of the election.

The Drug Case: When you approach the court, you present already stated facts as evidence not your interpretation or that of anyone outside the court. The Nigerian Police through the IGP had written to the US govt seeking clarification regarding Tinubu's criminal record and the US govt replied through a verified letter in 2003 that Tinubu had no criminal record in the United States, this is the fact the Tribunal worked with.

Except there is a new letter from the United States stating otherwise, or there is a new judgement from the case that criminally indicts Tinubu, I don't know why anyone in Obi's camp thought it was wise to approach the tribunal court seeking Tinubu's disqualification based on the drug case. Posting copies of the judgement and breaking it down based on our interpretation doesn't make us the US court or the US govt who said Tinubu has no criminal record.

You see what I mean? I can give you another example using his academic record.
