In all of these, I want to know why Obi allowed those lawyers to handle his case like baby lawyers. I know they must have hinted him about their plans, before embarrassing themselves.

Obi may not even be as educated and brilliant as some people portrayed him. The holes were too many to be allowed to cross.

Man knows the number of LP agents but he doesn't know the number of polling units for elections.

LP lawyers gave the respondents a lot of time to prepare and destroy their witnesses. I will be shocked if Obi and LP are not fined for wasting the time of the court. Disgusting.

The tribunal also held that the petitioner failed to establish that INEC deliberately refused to promptly upload polling unit results to IReV in order to manipulate the results in favour of Tinubu.

“The petitioner made the allegation of non-compliance a substantial part of their case. By the provisions of Section 135(2) of the Electoral Act, they are required to show how such noncompliance substantially affected them.” If they fail to show same, the petition fails.

The Presidential Election Petitions Court has held that the Labour Pary (LP) and its presidential candidate, Peter Obi, failed to specify how they scored the majority of lawful votes in the February 25 presidential election.

In the lead judgment read by Justice Abba Bello Mohammed, said the political party made generic allegations of irregularities, suppression of votes and corrupt practices to rob them of their votes, especially in Rivers, Benue, Lagos, Taraba, Imo and Osun states but failed to specify the polling units affected.

Justice Mohammed further held that LP also failed to prove the allegations of overvoting against the All Progressives Congress (APC) and their actual reduced votes.
