ABUJA– A former Vice President and candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, has vowed to approach the Supreme Court to set aside the election of President Bola Tinubu.

Atiku, said he was dissatisfied with the judgement of the Presidential Election Petition Court, PEPC, that affirmed President Tinubu as the valid winner of the presidential election held on February 25.

Speaking through his team of lawyers led by Chief Chris Uche, SAN, the PDP candidate, said he only got a judgement from the court and not justice.

“Judgement has just been delivered but we have not received justice. Luckily, the Constitution has given us the right to go on appeal.

“This is the court of first instance. We still have the right to go on appeal to the Supreme Court and you see, this is a struggle that is not just for our client, but for the Constitution of this country, for the rule of law and democracy.

“We were expecting an outcome that will improve, encourage the use of technology to enhance election management, to enhance transparency, to enhance accountability, so that Nigerians will believe in democracy.

“So that Nigerians can come out in their masses like they did, to vote. We don’t want Nigerians to be discouraged.

“There are certain things and principle of law that he know that we need to explore and we strongly believe that when we get to the Supreme Court, it will have the opportunity to review a number of things that have been said here today.

“We have the instruction of our client to go to the Supreme Court. So, we have asked for the records. We have asked for the judgement. We are going to apply for the transmission of the records because we have a very limited time to push this.

“So, the struggle continues and as it is said, it is not over until it is over,” Atiku’s lawyer added.

LET ATIKU GO TO WHEREVER. THERE HE WILL BE NAILED PERMANENTLY.
AND NIGERIA WILL KNOW THAT GOD'S WILL IS THE FINALITY OF LIFE, FEELING, ACTIONS, THINKING, INTERACTIONS, REASONING AND MOVEMENTS ON EARTH.
TOO, TINUBU, OBASANJO AND OSINBAJO SHOULD NOW KNOW THE DEEPER MEANING OF ODU-DU-IWA AND MOVE NIGERIA FORWARD IN THAT SPIRIT.
THE JUDGES OF THE TRIBUNAL ARE EXCELLENT. MAY THE GRAND ORDER DOMINION PRESERVE THEM FOR GOOD PURPOSES FOREVER.

Well, what's the essence of appeal?
The Judges have interpreted base on their own legal side.
I don't see any further miracle that can open

Law is always seen from two different sides.
And that's what happened.
Let's just move and hope for a better Nigeria.

AA should let go of the case
The tribunal did well yesterday I must say.
But for 'political reason' I understand why AA is heading to SC.

One thing I admire about Atiku is his tenacity. He is a serial loser who does not get tired of loosing.

Wishing him goodluck in his next goose chase.

Let's meet there.

He's a regular customer.

I personally don't expect anything different from him, but like always he will lule pii.

Show us how you won the election in numbers, your reply was Tinubu didn't attend University.

Anyway, if an idiot who's the star boy of the Pandora paper can be claiming victory from third position, you have every right to waste your stolen resources on lawyers just like you did four years ago before going to Dubai.

Nobody is really talking of the disturbing graphic national embarrassing pictograph showing how demented those sleeping barristers were. So what do you expect when you're 12 miles in a hallucinated state. They gave you justice over judgement in your wonder land there and just for you to wake up, it has been swapped in reality.

I also slept off watching them when grammars were disbursed from judges dictionary in lieu of constitutional book. We don't really know where we're heading to.

That's the right thing to do

Let the supreme court justices tell Nigerians that judgement is now based on intentions and emotions instead of facts and law

How can one describe a situation where a sitting judge in the person of Justice Tsammani, is seen defending the accused when he said and I quote "Shettima double nomination was not intentional"

Atiku should calm down and build a larger alliance in preparation for 2027, if only himself,Peter Obi and Kwankwanso removed their pride and worked together, we wouldn't have been trapped under another APC regime, but the sad thing in a democracy is that sometimes, the majority do not have the sound brain to vote against a bad government, now those that collected rice, spaghetti, wrappers and cooking oil have to manage them until 2027 when hunger must have reset the brains of the majority. Long live Nigeria
