The system is so so corrupt. You were part of the person's that encouraged this system bcuz as a VP nothing was done to make the system clean. One thing I know is that whether you support APC, PDP, LP or any other party we all buy petrol, kerosene, gas, diesel, food items from the same place and also pay school fees, electricity bills, transport fares e.t.c to the same people in this same country. We never even see anything |

Time to call it a day old man. Prevention is always better than treatment. If he had a good strategy from the start and teamed up with Obi, it probably may have been a different story. Throw in the towel and move on. |

Iamanoited: Atiku is in court in Nigeria, he's in court in US, over the seat of president Bola Tinubu. Na God they give position and the 5 Lord Justices are not fools. I watched it to like 5 hrs before I off my Gen then switched to my radio till 7.40pm back to Gen again for TV. The Lord Justices did a great job. I never knew the work is that hard. Honestly I feel sorry for the incoming generation bcoz they lack patience and perseverance. As for Atiku PDP, I feel sorry for him. He's very stubborn but he met his match in Tinubu. I quite understand that it's not easy to have attempted something 6 times without success and Tinubu just came and got it at first attempt. He would definitely feel bad but he should know that it's his destiny. 5:0 judgement is not easy to overturned at the supreme court. 5 Likes 3 Shares |

I did go through. Despite whatsoever; sentiments, money, tribe and what have you, let us not forget that tomorrow is pregnant 🤰. If we're are carried away by the ephorism of today, tomorrow, the wonderful feeling is gone and it will begin to hurt and it's going to be too painful. I am not in support of any of these Parties simply because they are all the same. I have never expected anything more than this from the Tribunal, why? I know that anything conducted by man will always feature actions and inactions that are questionable. NB: If Tribunal could throw 25% clause in Abuja into a Trash Can, why then did the Constitution highlighted on it? One thing about Law, this judgement can always be cited at any given time, this is why the so called learned men should always be acting like learned men and not men that didn't learn. |

muykem: How about the judgement the same tribunal gave in respect to Obasanjo having 25% in fct is mandatory. Does it mean that the constitution is not really needed at this point? Like the whole thing sounds funny to me cos I don't think they followed the constitution this time. 1 Like

We actually want the Supreme Court to give this same fraudulent judgment so that it would be set as a precedence for future litigations. Thats why we have to go to the Supreme nairalee: 1 Like |

They do not retry the case at the upper court. You appeal because you believe the judges erred in law and you state your reasons. What you are appealing is the judgment of the PETP. It's an opportunity to increase their fine amount. inoki247: 1 Like |

I never believed Atiku will be a bad loser. But it’s cool. I like how he is going about this lawfully and it’s good that he will approach the Supreme Court. God bless Nigeria. 1 Like |

Going to supreme court Will be a whole waist of time, resources and energy . Here is Nigeria where rule of law doesn't work. Days are gone when the judiciary used to be the last hpoe of common man, even the afluents are no longer speared |

Good! I love Atiku, this useless judges that says electronical transmission is not necessary is a fool. The INEC chairman said it home and abroad that is why people came out to vote, if there is no electronically transmission then what was the reason for the 2022 electoral act? 1 Like |

Dubai man is wasting his last change. Politics has taken back 90% of what he got from politics. It's just like betting when you cash out and start hopping to cash out again while spending the proceeds of your last cash out. In Atikus case he has been trying for 24yrs back to back. |
