At least you made us realize the level of rot in our judicial system whereby a sitting judge in the person of Justice Tsammani, who is expected to be neutral and unbiased was seen defending the accused when he said and I quote "Shettima double nomination was not intentional"

One begin to wonder whether judgements are been delivered based on intentions and emotions instead of facts and law
