If you were a little bit educated, you’d know the Court always work on “ he who asserts must prove”


LP asserted and the Court let them know “ you also benefitted if at all INEC did what you accused them of” and the court gave examples of states…. If Tinubu accused INEC, the Court will point his own out too.


Infact the Judge was so sound to have asked a simple question “ If the process was so bad and unacceptable, why do you seek to be declared winner in such a flawed election?”



Everything is not sentiment, it should be based on facts before the Court.


You don’t have facts and you are here accusing the Judges wrongly.

I shall randomly pick up the results of some States of the Federation.

First I take Abia State, there the alleged 2nd respondent (Tinubu), the alleged favoured Candidate of INEC only gathered a miserly 8,914 votes against LP who scored 327,095 votes and PDP scored 22,676 votes and was recorded by INEC. Those votes were almost three times the number of votes of 2nd respondent for whom the petitioners INEC purportedly shut down the IReV on behalf of.

In Enugu State, the also "favoured" Candidate of INEC, as alleged by the petitioners, was credited by INEC to have scored only 4,772 votes in the entire State, while the LP was credited by the "manipulative and unfriendly
INEC" according to them to have scored 428,690 votes, the PDP 15,745 votes. The LP's vote is also almost 3 times the number of the so-called INEC's "favoured" 2nd respondent.

The 1st petitioner also won big in Anambra, the home State of 2nd respondent where he once held sway (Lagos) and even the Headquarters of the 1st respondent (INEC), the 2nd respondent could not even make 25%.

If all these results declared by INEC for each of the states for the two sets of petitioners and 2nd respondent is anything to go by, then INEC must be an ‘abysmally poor manipulator’ or even an 'imbecilic one.'

We told them same thing but because their Messiah lost in the final summation of results in the country as a whole, they claim the elections was rigged.
How can you rig an election and lost in the most populated states of Lagos, Kano, Katsina and Kaduna? PBAT didn't win Abuja and couldn't even get 25%. Meanwhile, because he knows the game, he made sure he got that important 25% in states where he knows he can, like states in NW, NE, NC and SW.
It's simple logic, Obi won massively in the SE but couldn't get the most important 25% in the other regions of the country. This is wholly due to the bullying and stance of his supporters who abused everyone and everybody that matters on social media and even in real life.
If the obidents don't change their approach to politics, come 2027, Obi will perform worse than he did in 2023, this is because more people have now known that the obidients, largely filled with people from the SE has an agenda which is definitely not to move Nigeria forward.

This is where police are better than lawyers.
Manipulation is not to give the lead but to make a significant purpose example is tampering or total destruction of evidence.
Court only knows technicality manipulation.
But police they are themselves manipulation.
