Oga is not that Abuja indigenes are special. The reason behind that 25% affirmation is that the writers of that law regard Abuja as being a center and contains or made to contain people from all states of the federation, hence given a special status. Another reason is that, you as the President is rulling the Nation from Abuja, hence you should be loved by at least 25% of the residents by votes
Pls sir, what about Lagos state.. Can you imagine what you are saying.
The required things about our law is national spread not this 25% in Abuja

the president is the governor of Abuja so he delegated his power to a minister. How can you rule a state that you didn't win? Abuja is special because it's a seat of power with president has the absolute power to hold the land and assets in trustees for the people unlike other states, president can't exercise his power without asking the Governors. So many reasons I can give to you. The judges were wrong if supreme court refused to correct those mistakes, then Nigeria will be lawless in few years to come. They must look away from Tinubu and do the right thing. This is about our country not the president.
Oga, what about the states the president did not win? Why would he have absolute powers in such states. If Obi were to become president should he have powers to preside over the northern states when he did not get even 10% of the votes cast?

EXPOSURE 2: Shettima's Double or Invalid Nomination.

Final Judgment by PEPT Judges:

The PEPT Judges ruled that this case filed against Tinubu is a pre-election matter.

EXPOSURE
PDP's Atiku Abubakar instituted this same case of Shettima's double nomination before the general election, what did the Judges ruled? Judges called Atiku busy body and also fined Atiku 10million naira for wasting their time.

Atiku instituted the same case at the tribunal, the compromised PEPT Judges said it is a pre-election matter.

Emeka Nwajuba, one of APC's Presidential Primary contestants instituted this same eligibility case at the federal high court before the general election but it was dismissed as lacking in merit.

PDP also instituted it as a pre election matter but it was dismissed and the Judge rebuked PDP for being a busy body and poke nosing into APC Internal matter.

Where does our judiciary stand? Does it mean that Judges can fabricate any judgment as they want without following any laid down rules, constitution or laws of the land?

Double nomination is a pre- election matter ... settled FACT

The fact that PEPT referred to the case as a pre-election matter does not mandate, Atiku should have won against shettima pre-election at the high court.
PEPT only set the record straight for futuristic matters and that Atiku lose the case pre-election does not discredit the PEPT remark.

the issue of 25% as already being overstretched, without "and FCT" the people of abuja would have being completely disenfranchised
we have 36states in Nigeria but than does not negate the existence of Abuja, they must count in every election that was what necessiated "and FCT"
it was either "and FCT" or the people of Abuja will never count in any election.

those citing english and maths are getting it all wrong, becos already eng & maths equate any subject, the 5 credits in any subject means eng & maths are on board but the emphasis "including eng & maths" gives what use to be an ordinary subject double nomination over other subject.
If the constitution had said "and Lagos" that is double nomination becos already lagos count among the 36states

Final Judgment: Abuja is not a special State, it is just like every of the 36 states.

The PEPT Judges ruled that Abuja is not a special state but just like every other state that make up Nigeria, let's find out if this is true?

Abuja have no Governor!

Abuja produces only 1 Senator whereas other 36 States produces 3 Senators.

Abuja does not produce House of Reps.

Abuja does not have State House of Assembly.

What this means is that as an Abuja indigene, you can never aspire to become Governor or House of Reps or State House of Assembly member.

Now tell me how is Abuja like other 36 States of Nigeria? This means cheating on Abuja indigenes and the constitution should be amended immediately to allow Abuja to have a state Governor, House of Assembly, and produce 3 Senators and House of Reps like every other state.

Please find time and watch Kadaria Ahmed, a staunch APC supporter shout it on National TV a day to the 2023 Presidential election that before any candidate will be declared winner according to Nigeria's 1999 Constitution amended, that the person must score 25% of total votes cast in Abuja.

Please shut up. Abuja should not have indigenes according to the constitution that created Abuja. And their voters are not superior to the rest of Nigerian voters. So they must be treated like other states.

EXPOSURE 3: Tinubu's Certificate Forgery, Perjury and forged NYSC certificate.

Final Judgment by PEPT Judges:
It is late bringing this up after case file has been closed.

EXPOSURE:
So the compromised PEPT Judges know that truly Tinubu have a forged educational and NYSC certificate, but since Atiku didn't bring it up during his initial case file, it is late to do so now, and therefore, criminality should be allowed to scale through for now even though its known?

This also leave loophole for Tinubu's opponents to use to stop him from seeking for reelection after he completes this tenure, but I hope by then when the opposition bring this up again, the Nigerian compromised Judges who never stand on any ground will not shift the ground again to accommodate this criminality ?

Also, since Atiku is appealing the case at the SC, can't he add it as part of the issues he is appealing for at the SC?

I want to learn from this, I am open to learning on this issue.

You are allowed to sit down in one corner and analyse the whole process and then the judgement passed yesterday by the presidential election tribunal
Whatever is not clear to you, its just something that can be taken forward to the supreme Court for more clarification.

The 25% of states and FCT we explained taya but you guys chose to chase shadows.

There has been several judgements that made it clear that there is nothing special about Abuja.

Abuja does not need a Governor because that is the current seat of power.

Your argument holds very meagre logic.

Until December 1991, Lagos served as the Nigerian capital and had a number of Governors like Mobolaji Johnson (1967 to 1975), Ndubuisi Kanu ('77 to '78), Lateef Jakande ('79 to '83), amongst others. If Lagos as the seat of power then had presiding governors, why is Abuja's case different?

according to landuse act of 1978 the governor hold land and assets in each state in trustees for the people. Abuja has no governor so president is given that power to hold the land in fct in trustees for the people of Abuja, now in the president wisdom, he delegated his power to a minister. The governors won elections in their state but president didn't win in Abuja but want to preside over the affairs in Abuja absolutely. President does not have absolute power over any state except in Abuja. So Abuja is special for any president to secure atleast 25%. Ordinary it out to be a win. Don't forget Buhari took Obasanjo to court because of the same thing

EXPOSURE 4: Uploading of Election results to INEC server using BVAS machine at the polling units.

Final Ruling of the PEPT Judges: It is not necessary for INEC to transmit the election result on iREV.

EXPOSED LIES
The only thing that differentiated 2023 General election from previous elections in Nigeria is the use of electronic transmission of votes cast from polling units. The major reason Nigerians rejoiced over the 2022 Electoral Act was the introduction of electronic transmission of votes cast from polling units to a central INEC server known as iREV from which every Nigerian can view the results from any part of the world without waiting for usually compromised manual collation method.

To this effect, INEC produced a preelection guidelines stipulating how they will conduct 2023 General election, and the highest point in their guidelines that gave every reasonable Nigerian hope was their promise to use electronic transmission to transmit results from polling units to a central INEC server known as iREV. INEC went around singing this to the hearing of every Nigerian and even went abroad at Chatham house United Kingdom to also tell the whole world the same thing that all polling unit election results will be uploaded direct from the polling units to INEC central server as soon as election is completed at each polling unit.

News broke out a day to the election that INEC was planning to ditch electronic transmission and use manual transmission of election result, what did INEC do? INEC Chairman came out again a day to the election reiterating that there was no going back on the use of BVAS machine to transmit election results to INEC central server direct from the polling units, he assured Nigerians this and told Nigerians not to panic, the PEPT Judges cannot deny that they read that news and watched INEC Yakubu made these repeated promises.

It is so daring for the compromised PEPT Judges to damn all consequences and lie that electronic transmission of results was never necessary, it is well oh.
God bless you well for this sir. Posterity will forever deal with all those who have a hand in this brazen electoral criminality.

The constitution makes it clear that all votes are equal.

Think of it, so if a candidate wins 36 States of the federation and didn't have 25% in Abuja he should not be declared as the winner?
And if a candidate had 90% in Abuja and didn't win other States he should be declared as the winner?
