Who needs governor when they already have president?
AntiWailer:

You still have not explained beyond reasonable doubt how Abuja people are so special that we will need 25% of their vote to validate the votes other 36 states already voted.

The 25% of states and FCT we explained taya but you guys chose to chase shadows.

There has been several judgements that made it clear that there is nothing special about Abuja.

Abuja does not need a Governor because that is the current seat of power.

Are you trying to say you are unaware when INEC refused to give them the materials they needed and they had to go to court to force INEC to comply and that took time?

What about the judgement that said it was Tinubu's account for drug trafficking that was fined and not him? Does that make sense?
AntiWailer:

I did not in any post insinuated this.

I reffered to the lawyers employed to prosecute the case who did not submit what they needed to submit on time. Knowing the rules

Your foolish Igbo dead head is the one that need saving.

If you have any grievance take it to The Supreme Court, your foolish head will be resoundingly beaten along with that of the Pandora criminal Peter Obi.

If you are not satisfied after that head to The Hague n from there to hell.

Kindly save your self this foolishness and go read the supreme court judgement between Obasanjo and Buhari in 2003

What the court wanted to know was, show us how you won not all these drama.

Immediately after election, what we heard was:

Pete Obi: "We won the election and we wee prove it"

Also on social media, we were hearing "We wee reclaim our stolen mandate"

But at the tribunal: Ehmmm, you see, Just cancel the election, disqualify the present winner and bikko, let there be another election where this popular winner will not be allowed to contest"

After closing their failed case in court: Starts mobilizing his moobs to try to intimidate and subtly threaten the judges and their families to do what their lawyers were unable to achieve on the floor of the tribunal.

Lest not argue it.
Since Abuja is now a state then they should fight to have their own governor, house of assembly, house of representative members and 3 senators.
The bad precedence these judges have set will hunt this nation.
I pity Nigeria.

Final Judgment: Abuja is not a special State, it is just like every of the 36 states.

The PEPT Judges ruled that Abuja is not a special state but just like every other state that make up Nigeria, let's find out if this is true?

Abuja have no Governor!

Abuja produces only 1 Senator whereas other 36 States produces 3 Senators.

Abuja does not produce House of Reps.

Abuja does not have State House of Assembly.

What this means is that as an Abuja indigene, you can never aspire to become Governor or House of Reps or State House of Assembly member.

Now tell me how is Abuja like other 36 States of Nigeria? This means cheating on Abuja indigenes and the constitution should be amended immediately to allow Abuja to have a state Governor, House of Assembly, and produce 3 Senators and House of Reps like every other state.

Let's move on to the next issue

Did you also read the part that mentioned Emeka Nwajiuba of APC filling this same double nomination before the election?

While will the court dismiss it since he is in APC and also a pre election matter? You see all these our compromised judges, the Judge of all judges will judge you people, it may not be in their lifetime. I only pity those that will suffer for all these after their lifetime. But do we still have judges that will stand by the truth no matter what, Yes we have them. I will only advise LP and PDP to appeal let's hear the verdict of the supreme Court judges on this matter, then we will know whether we have a compromised judiciary or not.
AntiWailer:

Why should Atiku file for what is happening in APC ?

Nomination and internal matters are local to the party.

That same case went to appeal court and was thrown out.

It lacked Merit.

With all these I think Abuja is less than a state therefore it's an upgrade to call it a state.

This is why you should read. The FCT will never become a state. This is the only place in Nigeria where there's legally no omo onile.

EXPOSURE 3: Tinubu's Certificate Forgery, Perjury and forged NYSC certificate.

Final Judgment by PEPT Judges:
It is late bringing this up after case file has been closed.

EXPOSURE:
So the compromised PEPT Judges know that truly Tinubu have a forged educational and NYSC certificate, but since Atiku didn't bring it up during his initial case file, it is late to do so now, and therefore, criminality should be allowed to scale through for now even though its known?

This also leave loophole for Tinubu's opponents to use to stop him from seeking for reelection after he completes this tenure, but I hope by then when the opposition bring this up again, the Nigerian compromised Judges who never stand on any ground will not shift the ground again to accommodate this criminality ?

Also, since Atiku is appealing the case at the SC, can't he add it as part of the issues he is appealing for at the SC?

I want to learn from this, I am open to learning on this issue.
All those elements are corrupt,is it not the president that appoints the chief judge, INEC chair etc? Is it not same supreme court that returned Ahmed lawan to the Senate even without purchase of nomination form? Nigerians should not expect anything different from the supreme court. It's high time the Constitution is abolished.

EXPOSURE 2: Shettima's Double or Invalid Nomination.

Final Judgment by PEPT Judges:

The PEPT Judges ruled that this case filed against Tinubu is a pre-election matter.

EXPOSURE
PDP's Atiku Abubakar instituted this same case of Shettima's double nomination before the general election, what did the Judges ruled? Judges called Atiku busy body and also fined Atiku 10million naira for wasting their time.

Atiku instituted the same case at the tribunal, the compromised PEPT Judges said it is a pre-election matter.

Emeka Nwajuba, one of APC's Presidential Primary contestants instituted this same eligibility case at the federal high court before the general election but it was dismissed as lacking in merit.

PDP also instituted it as a pre election matter but it was dismissed and the Judge rebuked PDP for being a busy body and poke nosing into APC Internal matter.

Where does our judiciary stand? Does it mean that Judges can fabricate any judgment as they want without following any laid down rules, constitution or laws of the land?

It was actually a very stupid argument. But honestly I strongly believe Peter obi won majority of votes cast in the last election. The issue is he had no structure and relied heavily on the integrity of INEC.
Secondly, LP and the other parties would have taken only the INEC to court, this strategy would have yielded a better outcome, Nobody hate Tinubu but The election was not free and fair!

Those case wont be heard because Atiku's team added it after the first reply to what they brought. No need sweating to defend such. A smart lawyer will simply asked that be thrown out.

Oga is not that Abuja indigenes are special. The reason behind that 25% affirmation is that the writers of that law regard Abuja as being a center and contains or made to contain people from all states of the federation, hence given a special status. Another reason is that, you as the President is rulling the Nation from Abuja, hence you should be loved by at least 25% of the residents by votes

There is nothing intellectual about a discussion that suggests that because FCT residents don't elect a governor, they should effectively have veto power over the rest of the country.

How on earth should Abuja be compulsory 1. Abuja is not up to a state, because for Abuja not to be downgrade that's why the law permit it to be treated like a state.
The common sense there is why should Abuja 25% be compulsory... Pls think this deeply
What if tinubu decide as a president to move capital city to another city tomorrow... Pls sir this is just a common knowledge
