⚡President of 🇫🇮 Finland Sauli Niniste confirmed that American military forces will be on Finnish soil, the local tabloid "Iltalehti" reports.

"We talked a lot about the need to bring NATO units to Finland. The agreement on bilateral defense cooperation with the 🇺🇸 USA will lead to at least some kind of American presence in our country," said Niniste.

This agreement, as previously announced, will allow Washington to use the territory of the Nordic country to store military equipment, that is, to set up its bases there.
