OP, this is seems more like HPV (that's the most common STI) or some yeast infection. I read someone say it's a symptom of HIV, but that's far from the truth. Early symptoms of HIV are normally flu-like (fever, sore throat, etc.) followed by swelling of the lymph nodes (neck, armpit, etc) and occasionally, red rashes. And all these would normally disappear on their own while the virus stays low-key for years afterwards. While I think it's not HIV, I believe it's serious anyway and you should go to a doctor who will requisition the right test.


On a side note, I've seen a lot of guys come online to ask for help regarding such infections. While nobody likes to see dick pics on this forum, I think the fact that these guys can freely share thier concerns without shame or the fear of being trolled is a step in the right direction. While there will always be trolls, I usually see some good advice and people even call the OP "bro". This is good as it encourages us to freely talk about these things and not die in shame.

Sadly, the same courtesy is not extended to women. Pictures aside, a woman cannot come here to seek such help without NL guys calling her all sorts of names and trolling Nigerian girls as if it's not the opposite gender that gave them the infection. This high-school behavior and narrow mindedness, just like any other sexist behavior, only comes back to haunt the guys cause the ladies who don't get the proper help/care they need still end up sleeping with the guys and spreading the infection.
