It's welcome
After months of subsidy removal, government fails to increase salary.
As it happens now, it can also happen if Obi is the president because doctors were on strike more than a year for better working condition when he was a governor.
Our leaders are just insensitive

After watching the video of Ibadan people stealing rice from a moving bus due to hunger yesterday, I whole heartedly support this strike because hunger don almost finish some people .
And NLC told you that their strike is going to address people's hunger? It is about their salary increment

Until Nigerians stand up on their own, without waiting for corrupt NLC to lead a protest with no impact before they can be a way forward

Palliatives shouldn't be their problem but the reduction of cost of governance in Nigeria as well as the allowances of politicians who sit to sleep in the offices.

Re: NLC Threatens Indefinite Strike, Gives One Week Ultimatum by Mosba: 6:42am On Sep 13, 2023
Another NLC only strike, be rest assure that TUC will say they were not carried along. Waitin brown envelope no fit do does not exist. However, this strike is long overdue. Subsidy removed back in May and government at all level doesn't care how people survive the new skyrocketted price level. Not everyone is getting token for going on holiday.

Re: NLC Threatens Indefinite Strike, Gives One Week Ultimatum by Angelfrost(m): 6:51am On Sep 13, 2023
Such threat would and should have been taken seriously by a legitimate and caring government...

Sadly, they will pay off some of their leaders and divide the struggle, leaving the masses to continue suffering.

Well, most of the masses are on the side of their oppressive and corrupt leaders, so maybe NLC should sit this one out.

I still can't wrap my head around making the masses suffer yet no political leader or government official is taking any part of the national burden...
