This one looks like burnt offering
It's the caramelization of the onions, and the combination of spices that give it the colour.
It's bound to be delicious.

That American Jambalaya and Senegalese Jollof rice really enter my eye. No wonder the Sene Jollof was at a time rated the best in West Africa. For me, rice is the ultimate food. Just love it wherever/whenever.

As a food enthusiast, rice is my favourite of all foods, simply because it's so versatile.
There's so much you can do with rice.
There are so many recipes you can create with it.
The possibilities are just endless.

So, I did a research on rice dishes from other countries, and these are some of the ones that I really really like (judging by their ingredients and method of preparation)

Hit like on the ones you like best.

But each has its own unique taste. However, I'll jump on a plate of tchep if offered a plate of tchep and naija jollof. Maybe because it's been a while or for its taste.

Hmm... Nostalgia.
