The registrar of Chicago state University have Sworn under Oath that the Certificate Tinubu Submitted to INEC is Authentic despite having different date , font and Seal in affidavit submitted to the court.

The registrar stated categorically in the Affidavit, all the certificate of Tinubu in public domain with different dates are all genuine, valid and authentic. That typographical errors are normal because it is typed manually by the school. And the difference in the seals is because the school keep updating its seals.

The registrar said in United State such certificate are considered ceremonial and having different dates and being signed by a recent president who was not a staff of the School in 1979 when Tinubu graduated is because of how the school issue such certificate/diploma in real time.
