Owerri is a populated place and viable for business but mind you any offline biz requires some high level of financial intelligence plus money management mastery...with this in mind you can create a sales funnel for either consumables tools or entertainment vendor.
Consumable Tools like phone cables.
Entertainment Vendor like show publicity.
The above may look cliche to many but i have a special blueprint for running any or both of the venture for maximum profits.
Let me give a brief insight...you don't need everyday patronage...all you need do is to use some of your capital to create resources that will give you @ least one thousand customers/patronage and they only need to patronize or buy from you just once a month respectively/each..... so even if your profit on each person is just #50 naira(been ridiculously at worst case scenario) that's #50k monthly.
I'll stop here I'm sure this little insight is enough for any wise entrepreneur to execute.

Only one advice. Look for raw gold worth 250k to 280k and buy. Save the gold in a bank. Flex the remaining 20k or 50k. Forget about the gold. When you are about to go for Nysc or finish your nysc, sell the gold. Go and give your testimony in church. Q.E.D
