ezechi242:Can you please tell us what the scores for each parties are on the blurred sheets? Your party agents are supposed to have their own copies of those polling units results. There's a reason you guys are always on the losing side. Una nor get sense. |

I don't understand oh.Did BVAS accredited them or not.BVAS and Form EC8A should always supercede the ballot paper has that can be tempered with. That judgement will be upturned. Ofunaofu: |

muykem:my take is neither could tinubu and inec prove how tinubu got over 8m votes, forget the idea of weather you are obidient or batified for a moment, this is statistics and the numbers need to tally and the process in which you get the numbers also matters that's why in mathematics when there is an equation to be solved you don't just bring out any number as the answer, what makes an answer correct is the process you used to arrive at your answer, if inec is saying tinubu got 8m votes right now there are thousands of blurred polling unit results which inec obviously added to the tally of the winner does this not damage the entire integrity of the election, in Rivers state for example Irev results and even independent observers like the BBC did a recounting and discovered obi actually won rivers state yet inec called it in for Tinubu, how did inec come about their numbers? What process did inec use? For the tribunal to downplay this issues a trivial just shows you the bias, I am not saying just hand over the mandate to obi because he needs to prove he won, but neither has tinubu or inec proved how tinubu won or how he got 8m votes. |

drealcivilceno:I don't engaged illiterate and unintelligent people in argument. Sound minds understand my point and responded intelligently either for or against my position. If you claim to win election, you must provide INEC scores and a new scores you computed after removing invalid votes upon which. You want court to declare you winner. |

muykem:I think you need more enlightenment on Obi case, Obi didn't win mathematically but his saying der should be ground for disqualification base on: Not using the technology as promised, Double nomination, Drug case, n more. Now this is my stand, If it were to be a sane country he wil get justice in but in this APC County in it is not possible |

Shattuck:Your thinking process is tend towards morality which is not legality. Our law presume that INEC has done the right thing and declared the right candidate as a winner. It is now left to challengers to prove how the won the election. The burden of prove rest in the shoulder of petitioners and not respondents. That's our law for now. |

Shattuck:Brother, the blur pictures on irev maybe due to too much camera lightning when some the of agents snap the election results from poling units. The actual results submitted manually ( thesame paper snapped) was what INEC used to compute results manually, NOT the irev results, this is where most obideints are not getting it. Don't mix this together. That was the position of the Court, INEC staffs or agents only uploaded on the irev, out of 176,000 + guys who uploaded for INEC throughout the polling units across Nigeria, 18,000 people who made mistakes does not supposed to mar the outcome of the whole Election so far they submitted the original copy.. Just like if I should snap my certificate and send to someone, if the picture I sent is not that clear due to the environment I snap the picture, that does not affect the HARD copy with me. Just a simple logic |

Is he appealing the written judgement by the ruling party? It's Just a waste of time. Apc has decided they will never be magnanimous in defeat just like Jonathan was and that they will continue to rule for the next foreseeable future even through they are practically inept and full of malevolent creatures from hell. |

Foodhub2023:Those issues are pre election matter and should have been initiated at federal high Court. Election Petitions is more interested in the conduction of election itself. |

ezechi242:In which state, or did you just look for all the blurred polling unit and make a case on that? And does the subtraction of the vote from those polling unit amount to the difference between the first and the second or the third. What you don't get is: 1. In order for PO to be declared the winner, he need to prove that he score the highest vote, and that include the fact that Atiku wasn't qualified to run. 2. In order to get a rerun, you have to prove that the three major contender score the same number of votes or that LP was omitted from the ballot complete. Irregularities doesn't rise to that level, neither does ballot box snatch or blurred images. And from the case file nothing remote related to this was presented, the appeal is not going to be different. |

Jeffy1206:Listen to yourself, Inec should be doing your job for you. Please, stop all these sentiments. If u don't reason from ur anus as u said, what is the duty of party agents? The same inec you wrongly accused should provide u original ccpies of polling unit results. Do you really pass through academy environment at all? 2023 presidential election has gone, wailers can continue. Let's give constructive criticism to this present govt. |

Jeffy1206:Relying on INEC to give them results doesn't make sense. How would they ascertain that the result INEC gives them is accurate without their own copy? INEC announced results. You said it is wrong. Prove it. You say INEC should give you the results you will use to prove it. Really? |

Ikaeniyan0:Only APC goats would agree that INEC had the power to use manual collation of votes results after INEC vowed that no other method except electronic transmission of vote results from BVAS to INEC portal should be used for the 2023 General elections, in accordance with the Electoral Law of 2022 made purposely to discard the non transparent manual collation of votes results. |
| Re: PEPC Judgement: Key Points Of Our Appeal, By Peter Obi by Ikaeniyan0: 9:37pm On Sep 21, 2023 |
onuman:They claimed they have a technical glitch. You can not claim the election is not free and fair because INEC didn't send result to IREV, this is a daft conclusion. List out the polling units whose results are different from what INEC called if you think a mago mago happened You people just love wailing unnecessarily. |

ezechi242:There is nothing like 140 blurred polling units result. All PU result was given to party agents and another was posted to the premises of the PU. If you cannot read the iRev copy then go and find the copy given to your party agent |

muykem:the law did not presume inec has done the right thing, it was the judges than presumed wrongly or corruptly, and the judges are are not a law unto themselves, how can you explain a process where a candidate wins a state with the producure endorsed by the law and yet inec gave the vote to somebody else without explaination. This is more than just morality it's also about legality. Inec has never provided a legal process on how it came about those numbers. |
