The person you contacted is real if he truly used those items he mentioned, but let me expatiate it more.
Here is it.
Manual system is just setting up of the round cylinder drum ( fiber or stailess) and it will just take water from the raw water tank with the help of surface pump into the system and purified it then send it into the final tank for usage, any form of adding or dosing chemicals into this system as additional chemicals will be manual.

Now the automatic system with additional raw chemical tank with electric pump stirrer and chemical dosing pump and others fittings is semi automated one

The RO ( reverse osmosis) system is the final of all for pure drinking water, this will have all the above connection with RO machine coupled with MEMBRANE the nature of the water and number of users will determine the number of the membrane to be used.
This system also remove salt from water

There is no 100mm and 50mm on the list, also, is your plumber using local fittings for you? The imported fittings is more expensive that what he quoted for. Make sure he uses thick tigre pipe for your water supply to avoid leakages .

Nigerchin and Kabelmetal are the only reliable manufacturer that gives minimum of 3-weeks price increase notice ... I ran into loss last week Friday when one of my regular customer paid money for Coleman on Thursday evening and on getting to factory on Friday morning I was told the price have changed . I could not go back to my client because I don't want him to feel somehow. I have to add some money to get the cable delivered as promised ..

I believe the 4" and 2" listed are same as 100mm and 50mm respectively.

Did piping for a 4 bedroom bungalow with 5 toilets, 1 kitchen, 1 laundry and 1 dinning earlier this year with labour of 50k.

This labour fee also covered piping for 10 split A/C's, 1 heat extractor and 1 cooking gas inlet.

Haaa if I am not mistaken this is 4” light don’t use it needs to be 5” or 6” very thick.
