Now she sent her daughter to bring food for me and the kids, I feel like if she doesn’t want me to be aware of her birthday why would she bring me food.
Ps: I thought we were cool before now. I am lost at what could be the reason for her acting that way!! I would appreciate everyone’s insight.

First of all you said she sent her daughter to bring food for you and the kids which means you are married and you already have a wife or atleast you have a woman there with you.
Perhaps she told your wife or your woman and your wife forgot to let you know.

So maybe you should find out first if your wife knew and secondly your wife might have been told but thought it was not necessary to tell you since maybe you are always busy or because she felt you don't need to go and it's a woman to woman thing.

My advise!!! Send your wife to congratulate her on behalf of you and the family, next time you see your neighbor congratulate her again and just move on.

But if she didn't tell or your wife then no problem, probably she forgot or maybe she never valued the relationship both families have.
My advise to you again, eat the food, it's a birthday food, a general food. Just pray before you eat but after the party.
