I am having this hotness in my stomach as well as body fatigue and weakness spanning to two months.

Weeks ago I was feeling weakness in my stomach as well which has gone but the stomach hotness and body fatigue/weakness persist.

I noticed anytime I take water I feel slightly better.

What could be wrong please?

What's the causes sir and what home remedy can I use to cure it, I can't afford hospital expenses for now.

Sometimes it is caused by hunger.... but some people eat regularly but still get it.

Just try taking also vera if the plant is close to you. Wash it, break it and put in a clean drinkable water for a while then drink it. This is the only remedy I know and stop taking acidic foods
