Nothing contradictory there. The definition of cloud seeding stated in that Wikipedia post is the same you'll find in a standard dictionary and many other reputable sources. Mumu

You use Wikipedia when what you say is backed by other credible sources. Not using a spurious source on Wikipedia to call a people, which most of them can't speak and write correctly in English language, English.
