As a banker why can't he order the installation of the meter in every house eo that there will be installmental payment?

Those workers in the power sector are very corrupt and I can see that they are afraid of what can happen to them when the minister started acting. The minister has some plans that are yet to be disclosed and some of them have started over hearing the plans and they are afraid. You can threaten the minister but I encourage him not to spare anyone in that sector that is found guilty of exploiting customers and overcharging them for electricity bills. Then all the prepaid meters that is being kept in your custody telling the customers to go and be looking for a substantial amount of money before they could be given should be released to the customers without further delay.

Sir,we don't doubt your audacity for performance but it seems you are not going it the right way!
1-For instance,we expect the Hon Minister of Power to go to ALL over the Regions of Nigeria and verify the true Position of things,not just staying put in Abuja and giving Order!
2-By now he supposed to call all those concerns with Power/ Energy ( Generation and Distribution alike) , including the Unions and declared the Power-and Light- Issues as an Emergency and Disaster- that ALL HANDS SHOULD BE ON DECK to find Solutions!
3- what is this Minister bringing to the table?
4-how many Megawatts is going to be added in the Next 2- yrs from Now,in the Short terms- as a Target?
5- How many New Discos will be coming to be added to the Old ones,etc.
•For example,Lagos Discos are Underperforming,as Lagos desires at Least 10 - Discos- for Industilisation purposes.
i-The two Discos in Lagos State -are too far cry- from the People,as they give More Darkness, forget all the noise on the Media, nothing has improved and they are not Covering Enough Population Densities!
ii- there should be Ikorodu- Discos-,Epe- Disco-etc.- where you can Construct New- Dams in these Areas because you have Sea and Ocean Waters everywhere!
iii- More Employments will be generated in Millions, for the Youths if such Contracts is Awarded to the Professionas like- General Electric-whom were earlier denied entry during GEJ era because of Corruption and food for the local Boys but here we are- Non- Performance till date!
iv- How many New Prepaid -Meters will be going/ added into the System of every State in Nigeria, every year?
v-He should put out his Plans for the Public to see- how do you want to ensure that Nigerians will have365- Days Lights ? In USA- is a Place called Las Vegas- the City of Lights! The People living here have never missed lights for a day,so why can't Nigeria be like that?
4- Is Minister of Power aware that Nigeria is not yet Industrialised because there is NO LIGHT as,many parts of Nigeria are in Perpetual Darkness?
Can't the Minister see others like - Wike, Umahi,Beta Edu,Tunji- Ojo,etc!
Sir,are you aware that if Power Sector is solved Permanently,You have solved 60% of Nigeria Problems because all others Sectors are directly or indirectly attached!
We can't see Urgency in this Minister Schedule -which is enough to drive this all important Sector he needs to move Faster,please!

It's a pity that we also have crazy Yoruba politician in power. When they are not in power, they will see all solutions to Nigerian problems but immediately they got the staff of office, their eyes are blurred to those identified solutions.

The rot in the Power Sector is something that cannot be undo in a single tenure. It will take Tinubu's commitment and will power to stamp on whosoever that is a hindrance to Nigerians having stable electricity, else we will continue to staggered around 3500MW or 4000MW at most.
The new Minister have the zeal to work but the saboteurs will also try to be a clog in the wheel of progress.
Let's wait and see how things unfold in the coming months.

Why don't they have the meters on ground before collecting people money? When people pay for something, they must get it, no excuse! This is what is obtainable in every sane country. Why must Nigeria things be different? Tinubu forked up big time on this. How would u put accountant as minister of power. The guy doesn't have any experience in public sector. His father was criminal in the olden days (penkelemeshi). You want him to gather money so that he can become governor of oyo state?. It is just so sad
