Omo, I read somewhere that its ineffective as the recruiting people may have a lot they are dealing with; the number of people and also, they may be looking for a limited set of competencies - in which case they have to go through many pages to scan.

It is said the attention paid by recruiting agents to Cvs lasts just around 5 seconds, hence the suggestion that Cvs shoudnt be more than 2 at most 3 pages.

If u use this measure then all agencies in federal government are useless. Some the basic salary is low. but allowances. travel allowances, training, out of station, assignment and other things thats where they get their money from and if you calculate it annually that so called person earning big monthly cant get what you are getting.

i understand u. I know Ministry so well sha. Im using average to calculate earnings. Traveling and some perks in Ministry is just fr selected few not everyone and people go dey fight to travel cos no be only u dey and in Ministry, they is smth we call "clicks", if u no dey any strong click u no go see shishsi😅
And as fr Traveling dat u said, na fr Ministry of Transport i believe fr dat kind travel allowance wella.

Mk i just say one small example, one woman just go Markurdi fr sm summit i tink, just within 4days nd she came bck wit 3 m+ (cbn staff). For Ministry who go dash u, unless u dey project
