I am not sure there is one. I followed the trending posts on twitter where Abati thoroughly embarrassed Rufai. It was a 9 minutes long video. Abati lectured emotional Rufai on how the US FERPA act. And even gave examples of US presidents like Obama, Bush, Trump e.t.c that all made their academic qualifications private.

Why you people like spreading fake news about. That politicians verbally request political opponents to make available their educational record and the opponents do not obliged, please as that cumulate to making academic qualification private. Like the case of Trump and Obama. Trump was making jest of Obama during campaign, calling him a dull student and told him to make his grades public if he is not a dull student. Please in law does verbal request tantamount to law in such circumstance?
I challenge any of you to make available where any of them went to court to ask that academic records of any of them to be made public. Verbal attack during campaigns are common thing in politics.
No institution all over the world would act on or release any student record just because anyone request for it, either in writing or verbal without following legal route, when you're not the owner of the record.
Here below is a link of Trump making the verbal request and not through legal action. Please prove me wrong in all these.
