From the link you shared

I posted this in another thread. How is it that those in government can't just use common sense? They have not yet seen anything. They should come and take 1.9m from my pocket to clear a 20 year old car. Id1ots
It makes no sense whatsoever.

2 Tribunal judges declared Sani as winner, while the others declared inconclusive
and asked for a rerun.

I think that's what is happening

Everyone is still confuse. APC supporters and PDP supporters are saying different things on social media.

Maybe by tomorrow, we will get a clearer picture of things.

But i think the judiciary should do better.

Shouldn't the Tribunal judges have unified their verdicts before today?

Now both parties have run with the one that suits them.

The fact that the tribunal could not sit physically but the judgement was pronounced virtually due to fear of break down of law & order shows that the rule of law is a joke in this country. Imagine judges dey fear to pronounce the law cos laws may get broken by the people.

From what I read from the PDP's account of the judement, it appears it's likened to the case of Eti-Osa LGA election where Attah will slug it out with Banky W in few polling units which may not really be favorable to one party except reckless rigging takes place

Even for the zoom, they should have unanimously given a verdict.

There's nothing wrong with majority and minority judgement verdict.

Majority verdict is the ruling judgement while the minority which disagrees with the majority will give a detailed verdict and while he/she disagrees with the majority judgement.

Sources say FIFA has reportedly narrowed down the choice venue for the 2026 WC to the AT&T stadium in Arlington, Texas, and MetLife stadium in the NY/New Jersey area..

I think the only edge that Arlington would hold over NY is the fact that the former would be more amenable to FIFA’s request to take whatever profits they reap from the tournament tax-free, or pay the barest minimum in taxes

Everything is very clear now. No more confusion grin grin grin.

The tribunal affirms Uba Sani as the winner of the election based on technicality.

By technicality, it means certain evidence not admissible.

The law enjoins the tribunal to proceed to pronounce based on merit (evidences, facts) for appeal purpose. Like saying had it been those evidences were admissible at this time, the election would have been pronounced inconclusive.

The PDP candidate ( Isa Ashiru) said he will appeal.

He will most likely be released on bail today. His fans(whoever they are) will effect his bail and meet whatever condition is attached to the bail

He must have honoured police invitation on his own. I don't think the police statement used the word arrest. They just said he was in custody

This Kaduna judgment is very similar to the one that returned Ahmed Lawan. Ignoring substantive issues to focus on technicalities
