A Young man in his early thirties was lynched and stoned to death inside his car yesterday night around Domkat Bali in Jos South Local government council of Plateau state, by men suspected to be Motorcycle riders in the state capital.

Our correspondent reports that the Man named Fwimbe Gofwan was heading home when the sad incidence happened .

Sources alleged that the Young man had brushed a motorcycle rider in Jos around Tudun Wada park area of Jos North LGA prompting the riders to give the late Youth a chase and when they eventually caught up with him ,they perpetrated the evil act on the innocent man .

A source who does not want his name in Print alleged that this development has created several tension around the community.

He said the sad incident happened around 9pm .
The source called on security operatives to enforce the ban Motorcycle riders in the state .

In a related development ,the Plateau state government on Tuesday said it observed with dismay the non- adherence of the 6am to 6pm operation period for tricycle operators and the increasing rate of activities of motor cycle operators which he re-echoed remains banned.

Below is the picture of the young man and the car he was driving.

Cowards

Same plateau that fulani has been killing their people for years now.

They should have used the same energy to protect their communities since they like violence.

Okada operators are fast becoming a menace. The earlier every resource is deployed to rid these fellas off our urban centres and confine them to the inner cities, the better for everyone of us.

Okadas should be banned totally from all states, maybe except the core Muslim states. They should be banned from all areas where Christians are the majority.

Motorcycle riders popularly known as Okada riders are a threat to peace anywhere in this country. The level of violence they exhibit is unrivalled. Lugbe axis, airport road and Dutse in Abuja are handy examples. Imagine carrying out a mob action on this youngman because of very flimsy reasons. What a painful way to die.

Idiotic comment. Plateau state is Christian dominated state. Are you saying Muslims were the ones who killed him, while the Christians watch on?

Are you serious 🧐 or just craving attention? 🤔

If you drive, you wouldn’t make such statement.

If you know how many times Okada and keke guys brush people and move like nothing happened, you won’t be saying this.

Some car drivers have resorted to doing same to them, so far no one got hurt.

Not justifying his ignoring whoever he brushed, but it wasn’t worth the life of a full fledged adult male.
Probably a new husband to an amarya, father of an infant or toddlers and succor of his aging parents. 😢
