Since when did stopping crime become by looks?

The look discouraged and such can’t be motivated to combat crime but feast on innocent citizens.

OP you are funny. Don't joke with Nigerian police, they are very formidable. If they really mean to get any suspect, they alway succeed. They just need a good and reasonable government to take care of them properly.
Why will the masses vote in misfits and then turn around to mock the police? If the masses want good police force, they should vote in people that care and listen to the common man in the society.
In those days, the Nigerian police force usually go for peace missions outside the country and they perform very well
Normally, Nigerians are very good in all aspects of life. Same with Nigerians who travel abroad for studies, they usually perform very well.
