The writing took a massive nosedive from the original show

Richter Belmont who as a kid was a novice at magic, was unable to use magic for years cos of trauma...

But not only was he suddenly able to use magic, he suddenly became a master at magic when he couldn't use it for many years and he was a total novice when he last used it....

The dialogue is awful...just a bunch of random words being strung together trying to act deep...lol

I think the storyline I enjoyed the most was the building up of the relationship of Adam and his father. Its was beautiful to see.

As for Cal, neflix and their wokeness, I would never understand how one person will be called 'they'. Like there is no where that shii makes sense.


A character I missed in this season was Lily (the girl that likes alien themed porn/sex).
At a point I almost started to confuse Aimee for her.

I used to think Ruby was really beautiful but now here, she just dey. Her voice is really lovely though. I really wanted her and Otis relationship to work sha.


Overall though, I enjoyed it. 7/10.

Releasing 4 trailers and having me interested in all 4 shows is no small feat. They're really going hard in the kitchen.

But got to know it was canceled

I guess because of the success of The Bear everyone wants to try shows about restaurants and cooking , I do love watching shows about kitchen sha, love watching Chopped on food network.

New show out, Boiling Point , just seen the trailer this morning. I'll download it and see. Hopefully its good.

Sha make dem nor turn shows about restaurant into the way they have turn medical series.

Currently, I'm hooked on the medical drama series "Painkillers." It's a gripping show that delves into the intricate lives of doctors and patients, with plenty of suspense and emotional moments. But Gojo not wanting to use domain expansions from the start cause he didn’t want to kill the humans present was a mistake:

1) It is obvious that those top tier cursed spirits wouldn’t face him without something sinister and powerful up their sleeve (going up against Gojo is suicidal). If I were Gojo, that was enough reason to kill them fast.
2) Gojo dying would spell doom on the world. Imagine such power imbalance, billions of humans in the world are at risk just cuz he didn’t want a 100 or so to die.
3) For every second wasted in the fight pain taken beatdown, it was obvious more humans could be diverted to the venue.

The optimal solution was use domain expansion from the start, kill Mahito, Hanami & Choso. Well that is what I would have done.

From comments on Reddit, So many people felt the same way too. No doubt Gojo’s moral compass is impressive but at what cost?

Gojo doesn't really have a high moral compass imo...

He is ready to accept the death of many humans if he sees it as inevitable...as shown in that battle...

What he cannot accept is being the one who caused their deaths by killing them. That's why he held back, he doesn't want to kill humans with his own powers...

It's Itadori that has a very high moral compass...

That's why Gojo still used his domain expansion but limited it to a tenth of a second so that regular humans can still survive it albeit with some brain damage which they did recover from in a few months


My own issue is Jujutsu High sending in only Gojo when it was obvious a trap had been set for him. Even regular humans who didn't know of his existence were brainwashed by curses into calling for him...

That is a clear sign that the enemy was purposely targeting him...and they must have definitely prepared for him since his abilities were not even a secret...

I get the idea of other sorcerers getting in his way and him being unable to go all out...but that's the same situation as him being surrounded by regular humans...he still couldn't go all out...

Humans kill baby animals too. We kill things that don’t know we exist. Well I do get your perspective.

That is one thing about ethics & ideals. There is no universally correct answer. Right now I don’t bother about ethics (right or wrong), I only bother about legality (as regard the laws I hold myself accountable to - Nigeria & Heaven).

With my legality there is no or very limited grey area. What you refer to as evil might be well within my rights. I guess this brings us to the issue of extremism lol. Well like I mentioned earlier is no universally correct answer to ethics.

It has always seemed to me to be a tool developed to hold others in shackles, even people that developed it backtrack when it no longer suit their purpose. This is state of the real world.

Okay let’s be real. I have mentioned it before in “real life”, in war a perfect condition in which you take out your enemy almost never exist. There are always causalities, innocent bystanders.

Now Imagine 5 of the world’s most wanted terrorists are having a meeting and at the same venue You and 5 of your friends are having a picnic about 50 meters away.

One hellfire missile at a press of a button/trigger, (so it is not “hard”) would quickly change these terrorists’ status from living to dead but it would also take you and your 5 friends out.

Question: do you think the leader of whichever free world taking the lead on this operation won’t push that button? You would be greatly mistaken if you assume he won’t.

If you were the leader in question, even you would push that button because you are aware of the demands of the duty and responsibilities placed on you by your country. If in situations like that you don’t have what it takes to make such judgments call, then you should expect to be replaced soon by someone who can act and also live with the consequences. (If your country fails to replace you for your inability to take action, there is very high probability your country would be a pile of ash in the nearest future).

This is “real”. The real world is not always black and white, there are so many grey areas in which you still must act.

Like in this hypothetical but real situation the cost of your inaction would outweigh the consequences of your action.
