Unfortunately, constitutionally, nothing can remove a sitting president except by impeachment. As for the forgery, he will answer for it after his tenure as president. He still has immunity covering him.

What you displayed is your ignorance. Back in the day many people studied privately and obtained GCE outside of the school system. I don’t know if it still happens ( I am. Sure it does) but In fact it was very common until the 80s/90s that students would do WASC via their schools aand do GCE exams privately. It was common for even those of us in the formal school sector to do the GCE exams in the December preceding our WASc the following June. The added advantage was that you had 2 sources of results/certificates you could use to satisfy university entry requirements. This often came in handy if WASC did not release your result in a subject or you failed to get a credit in a subject in WASC but you had already passed it in GCE. I did both.

Not everybody has WASC because not everyone went to formal school. GCE is outside the school system, you can study and sit for GCE at home without ever going to school. Even today, there are people in countries like the US and the Uk who do not go to formal schools and are “homeschooled”.

Finally his diploma from Arthur Daley college is the equivalent of WASC or SSCE.
