Life is much cheaper in Nigeria than in the United States, so I feel it's unfair to compare what Nigérian doctors earn here to what US doctors are paid.

For instance, our annual rent in Nigeria is equal one month rent in America. However, that doesn't mean that they shouldn't be paid a little higher than what they are paid now.

Salaries are quoted monthly in Nigeria and Yearly abroad, so what is the big deal here someone who was earning 3.6m in Nigeria now earning 100m to 200m in the USA, after all his bills will still save about 30 % of it. Can that be regarded as slavery

Currently you need 3m+ to graduate as a doctor.

That 3m covers your fees, accomodation, food and other unforseen expenses from year 1 to 6.
