When I was at Uni, I had a beautiful tall classmate and she had no breasts at least not visible as a bulge on her chest.

If she wanted to be mischievous she could claim in public that someone stole her breasts just to settle a score with that person.

She may be suffering from a condition called Micromastia - a medical term describing the postpubertal underdevelopment of a woman's breast tissue.
