Is it possible for Supreme court to accept a fresh suit or evidence not discussed in the PEPT. Case of this forgery.
Go and ask Atiku

It's not a fresh Case just that the Apc asslickers tribunal Judges discarded the petition saying it lacks merit so the CSU issues is to prove as evidence

No Supreme Court can ignore forgery based on technicalities, NEVER!
adekolaelect:
Oga forget that old slogger and kiss the reality of things. Atiku is doing all this to make him more relevant and dominant in pdp for the next presidential election.

There is clear case of forgery. The school said it emphatically that they did not issue the certificate presented to INEC
duro4chang:
But no case if forgery here. It is only the school that can establish forgery but they never said there was forgery
Re: Can Supreme Court Accept A Fresh Evidence Not Included In PEPT? by DMerciful(m): 9:36pm On Oct 07, 2023
No technicality will save Tinubu the prehistoric rogue
seunmsg:
Lol. Even if they were able to convince the court somehow that there is something in the new evidence they just obtained, the best the Supreme Court can do is to declare a mistrial and send the case back to appeal court for retrial. Sadly, the retrial is already barred by time.

Atiku got all the attention he wanted yesterday and that’s all he’s going to ever get from all these. Nothing else.

Yes they do not replace original diplomas, so the law allows for third party vendors to issue the ceremonial certificate.

Mind you Atiku Malu has picked up a copy of Tinubu’s original certificate that he didn’t collect upon graduation, & has submitted it to the Supreme Court as evidence that Bola Tinubu Indeed, did graduate from CSU.

Mumu Malu.

I beg to disagree. It is the CSU that can say that but they did not. They even supported Tinubu. No court or school has establish forgery. Infact, no forgery. Do not talk based on your feeling

The school said Tinubu has NEVER collected any certificate from CSU. Not in 1979 and not in 1997, NEVER!

The Supreme Court will get the deposition because there was nowhere they mentioned CSU uses third party vendors in the deposition

Atikulators turned Obidients are the worst of the Oblivious Things.

The major one is the idea that because Tinubu presented a certificate (called a “diploma” in America) to INEC that didn’t emanate from Chicago State University, whose registrar affirmed under oath that Tinubu graduated from there, he has committed forgery in the legal sense of the term.

That thinking betrays ignorance of the American university system—and results from people using their limited Nigerian lenses to refract an American phenomenon that’s beyond their experiential reality.

In America, the diploma is the printed version—or fixed extension—of a graduation ceremony. It’s merely ceremonial and can be tweaked or individualized by anyone without legal consequences.

It betrays a stupendous poverty of legal and logical imagination to say that the “forgery” (unauthorized redesign is a better expression) of a non-legally-binding ceremonial document of a validly earned degree invalidates the degree.

It’s never mentioned in CSU’s diplomas that alteration of the documents renders them invalid because they have no validity beyond being decorative documents.

What Tinubu should fight for is for the new evidence not to be accepted, once it is accepted, he would be booted out.

Again, there's no way that the Supreme Court as a court of public policy to allow a president that forged the only certificate he presented to INEC remain in office. That cannot be a policy of Nigeria!

Unless it is a court of fraud and not policy

Record fines awaits Atiku Malu Abubakar & his boy Gringory Obi @ The Supreme Court of Nigeria for their political stupidity in deceiving the ignorant weak minded ones.

You're speaking Kperogi's grammar.

CSU said Tinubu has NEVER in history collected any certificate from CSU so the affidavit of replacement certificate is lying under oath.

That registrar will be prosecuted because he has no basics to say Tinubu graduated when the documents reveal he still has 15 credit units pending. All these evidence will be tendered in court

I disagree. No case of forgery. The registrar approve all the documents tendered by Tinubu. If your so called new evidence is allowed, atiku's case is still useless. To me tinubu should not fight to stop thir new evidence. By 6th of Dec latest the case will be over.
Re: Can Supreme Court Accept A Fresh Evidence Not Included In PEPT? by DMerciful(m): 9:56pm On Oct 07, 2023
6th of November latest.

The registrar cannot approbate and reprobate at the same time. The documents and deposition speak for themselves

Tinubu contested Nigeria election and no American election.

He presented a forged certificate to Nigeria electoral commission and not US.

He understands the implications and as such tried to block the discovery to no avail. Maldonado said the discovery is for use in a foreign jurisdiction, placing the Supreme Court in the spotlight.

The Nigeria judiciary is on trial globally

Since I took notice of you on Nairaland, DMerciful you have always been on the losing side, I just wonder what you will do with yourself, after the Supreme Court of Nigeria imposes the heftiest fine ever in the history of Political dispute in Nigeria on Atiku Malu & Gringory Obi?

Maybe then you will head to the Ecowas Court for help?

The Supreme Court removed David Lyons deputy (which affected David) because of name discrepancies yet you want the Supreme Court to ignore signature, gender, age, citizenship, govt college Lagos of 1970 vs 1974, name differences?

How can the Supreme Court give different judgments in even a worst scenario?
