I hope so too, Naigerians are so heartless, they would see him as easy target, they wouldn't care. If they can stab, shoot or matchete anyone then this disbale guy is no different for them.

Correct. I was a social worker with disbable people and some of them are deaf, blind and dumb, they are sensitive and very very very sharp, one of the who is blind can read, write and can sense people and things around him, the deaf one can read people's lips and respond with sign language.

Very much accident prone! D Government should take him off the roads and set a better and safer business for him.

How can he understand where a person is going before picking him, or any person he sees on the road he will just pick.

How will he hear the sound of approaching vehicles for warning?

Noooooooooooooooooooo. This is an accident waiting to happen now. He is a danger to himself and to other road users. The relevant authorities should stop him and provide an alternative for him, please. Someone driving on the road should have all his senses complete to decipher where any danger may be coming from.
