What kind of network is this? Since morning I can’t browse with this ppl network. I thought it’s my area, but I went to another area same thing. This is not the 1st 3rd or 10th time. Thank God for airtel that saved the day. I bought the stupid network because of their 9konfam advert. I don’t know the network is shit. They need to be suspended asap. Glo is even better.Admin move this to front page.

This issue is not Today, it's like they don't buy diesel for their Network masts maybe, cos I used to do 1tb yearly on mine, last year I was able to use to an extent, all of a sudden around may, it connects and disconnect.

Sometimes Its as if I do not have data and I'll move the sim and put in phone to confirm and there's data.

Work colleagues complained of same thing.

As the data expired I found myself subbing 1k every month just to preserve and roll over but this people no allow me use my data in peace.

Gave up on the data and only have it cos the number is unique and made for a particular purpose.

Changing it would stress my business

Please go the nearest Mtn or Airtel office to port your sim. 9mobile service went off at my location for over 3 weeks without network coverage.

I understand that you may have concerns about 9mobile, but let's approach this with sensibility, respect and professionalism. It is important to state here that everyone is entitled to their opinions even if we may not agree with them. Instead of insulting, or calling out for a suspension let's focus on providing valid reasons why NCC should not suspend 9mobile:

1. Job Security: Suspending 9mobile would put the livelihoods of thousands of employees at risk. It is crucial to consider the impact on the human capital associated with the company. These hardworking individuals have families to support and depend on their jobs to make a living.

2. Economic Stability: 9mobile plays a significant role in the Nigerian economy. Suspending the company could have adverse effects on the overall economic stability of the country. It is essential to maintain a healthy business environment to attract investors and foster economic growth.

3. Competition and Consumer Choice: A diverse telecommunications market benefits consumers by providing them with options and competitive pricing. Suspending 9mobile would reduce competition, potentially leading to a monopolistic market, which is not in the best interest of consumers.

4. Technological Advancements: 9mobile has been actively involved in driving technological advancements in the telecommunications sector. Suspending the company could hinder progress and innovation, ultimately affecting the overall development of the industry.

5. Legal Implications: Any decision to suspend 9mobile should be based on solid legal grounds. It is crucial to follow due process and ensure that any actions taken are fair and justifiable. Suspending a company without proper cause could set a dangerous precedent and undermine the rule of law.

Let's remember to engage in constructive discussions and focus on finding solutions rather than resorting to insults or derogatory remarks. Let sense always reign.

Rubbish! It happens every fvcking day. Even the customer care line is nonsense. They won’t pick your call. Worst network in Nigeria right now is 9mobile.

The network has improved a bit in my area but they can do better. The money they're using to pay Bnxn, Beauty and other ambassai should be used to improve on their network quality. The night data they give is unusable most of the time, almost 30gb of night data in my line just dey gather dust. To stream videos, wahala, download it upgrade apps wahala. It's only light sites like Nairaland that responds swiftly. They should just fold up if they can't continue to render services to Nigerians.

You have opportunity to port to another network like MTN or Airtel and still retain the line.

Ever since porting started I haven't given it a thought before.

I just wanted to have all the networks just in case.
I no longer use it for data

There's the saying "Variety is the spice of life". You have options to choose from. Whining about 9mobile when you can use other networks for data doesn't make any sense to me. Which of them is even perfect to start with? Network issues are mostly localized and so many factors contribute to it. Your phone network mode is another factor to consider. Better still you can reach out to them if you feel you have the urge to vent. They probably already know there is downtime in your area before you start to complain. My simple advice, make use of the options available to you.
