UZODIMMA'S LEGACY

RECONSTRUCTION OF EVAN ENWEREM/AKACHI ROAD

In line with the Urban Renewal Project of the 3R Government, all roads inward and outward of the Owerri capital city require reconstruction in order to handle traffic congestion along the routes.

Evan Enwerem Road was poorly constructed and this led to the failure of the road in less than one year of its construction. This road, handling traffic bypass from Aba/Owerri road inward the city of Owerri had led to an increased traffic jam at the Wetheral Junction inward and outward Owerri city.

The solid reconstruction of Evan Enwerem Road by the 3R Government has brought succour to the good people of Imo State with guaranteed durability. This has complemented the urban renewal project of the administration with less traffic congestion across the city.

All this and many more will come as we plan to renew our Hope in Imo

Tell that to outsiders. Akachi road was built out of a dumpsite and firest by Okorocha Government and simply maintained by Uzodinma Government not reconstructed. It didn't fail for one day but had one or 2 potholes after 8 years. It's good to maintain roads but bad to condemn the actual builder using propaganda. The photos below represent the origin of the road in 2011.

Pictures of when the road was completed by Rochas.
Rochas is known for Chinese projects that does not last six months.
