In Nigeria you don't submit any documents without the authentication or certification of the institution that you issued it.

The question now is did CSU issue the said certificate to Tinubu the answer is no( 2) was the said certificate certified by CSU the answer is no. The game is over.

Not the true copy and neither the certified true copy. If this is allowed to stay then no need of reapplying for any missing certificate, receipt or even ID cards, just go to any road side printing person, show them a sample or photocopy and you are good to go.
Beside, does Tinubu have a police report of his missing certificate. He knows that he wanted to contest for the office but chose not to get his certificate certified before contesting.
If nothing is done, nobody has any right to call any document fake as long as the person has the original or once had the original.

u first have to understand it’s different terrain n different academic situations

In Nigeria we don’t do ceremonial but we do certificate proper n there’s nothing like vendor in Nigeria

So u have to understand d 2 scenarios before u argue

In one country ceremonial n vendors are allowed
In another we do certificate n u recall for another or swear to affidavit

So I hope u get d point?

You don't understand, I don't know whether it is by design or that you are naturally dull. In court photo copy is not admitted in court unless u provide a certified true copy or you lay a good foundation of the whereabout of the original.

The certificate is not from CSU and copy from the vendor not certified, it is as good as olowale.Again on the face of the certificate there are alot of discrepancies.
