Some Iraqi media reports the presence of Hashd al-Shaabi commanders in southern Lebanon to form a joint operation room with Hezbollah and Hamas.

This is a popular Shiite movement, allied with Tehran. Seems an alliance is building against the US presence in the Middle East, especially the new presence in Israel.
