I am not a lawyer but this case is clear. Our judiciary is not a place somebody can go and get justice. Tinubu, in a normal circumstances, should not continue to be the president of this country. INEC is the cause of this problem. Had it been that they followed what they told Nigerians about electoral guidelines, all these issues will not be coming up. Everything about this our country is corruption. The old ones we are looking up to are fantastically unreliable when it comes to saying the truth concerning issues of national interest.

The sad fact of the matter is Nigerias judiciary is not independent from the executive, so even if a video of B.A.T in a US prison was released, the judiciary won't lay a finger on him to penalize him.

Unfortunately Nigeria is not just that kind of country... however, Nigeria is a steal/loot/chop money kinda country, so wherever you find yourself no form Holy, please steal/loot/chop what comes your way and go your way when you finish. The cycle will continue.

Atiku/Obi and their legal teams are just chasing shadows.I wander how either of u wants to be declared winner without valid evidences,Obi,s team just want him to be declared winner but Atiku who scored more votes than Obi should be overlooked.How naive they are not to challenge Atiku's vote but they want Obi declared winner.Atiku's team claims Tinubu is not qualified but they still prayed the court to have a rerun against him.Desperation or Stupidity?Tinubu's lawyers are just capitalising on their naivity.It is obvious Obi/Atiku cancelled each others votes for Tinubu to emerge winner.They both know this deep down their mind.
