It could another wartime propaganda as some have claimed that the pictures are doctored. However, were the claims to be true the act stand condemned as children, women and non-combatants are not to be harmed knowingly in a legitimate battle.
Do you believe that Hamas killed women children and non combatants in last weeks raid? And if they did what should be the response from those attacked

No sir, we cannot be practical.

We will rather use countries where they have 5 different languages as samples.

Some states in Nigeria with less than 3m people have over 15 languages

That's the mistake most people make. They don't even know how ethnically diverse this country is.

A friend of mine during NYSC told me that in his LGA alone in Plateau state they have as much as 13 different languages spoken by different tribes/ethnic group. He said the funny thing is they don't even understand each other's language so they have no choice but to learn Hausa to sue to communicate to their neighbors
This right here is the reality of Nigeria. We have over 100 languages, so the adoption of a lingua franca is inevitable

E.g Plateau state. It's one of the reasons why they keep experiencing communal clashes and ethnic cleansing.

I saw a post online claiming there are about 48 different languages being spoken in Plateau state.

You could start by commenting with Yoruba here.

Akpa fon.
Even we speak different types of Yoruba. Ijesha Ekiti Ijebu Ikale etc are dialects that probably can't understand themselves what we all speak is a lingua franca modified version of Oyo dialect which we agree is Yoruba

If we are to break it down, in Yorubaland we will have many people who won't understand themselves

There are levels to difficulty. Ijesha might be hard for you to speak as a non-Ijesha but if spoken to you there will be a good level of understanding. Compare that to some dialects in Ondo State and Kogi where they will plan to sell you off into slavery while standing beside you and you won't have a clue at all.

Ife, Ijesha, Ekiti are relatively close. I couldn't differentiate between Ijesha and Ekiti when i was a kid.

Lol.

Apart from this, it is okay to have representatives of other parties in the SE. It is a good bargaining chip in future elections.

Let Ebonyi remain in APC
Let Anambra be APGA
Let Enugu and maybe Imo end up with PDP
Let LP have Abia.

Funnily enough, the one sided support that they blame the SE for has disappeared. Now, na other regions dey support one side only

Ijesha, Ekiti, Ìjẹ̀bú and Egba dialects are not really hard. I understand them perfectly well.

It's those Ondo dialects and Okun people of Kogi's I consider very very hard
You understand them or you can pick a few words here and there and try to string them together.

What those colleagues of yours speak might even be the watered down version of Akoko Ondo and Ilaje languages which is only spoken by educated and exposed people from there.

One time I go Ekiti, one old woman dey speak her dialect, I couldn't understand anything but when her son replied her, I could pick some things because the sons version of Ekiti is the lightweight version

Lagos
