Britain: We will not send ships that are intended to fight, but ships that are designed to "deter" and "can become hospitals" After the announcement by the British Prime Minister that Britain will send patrol and surveillance planes and two ships of the Royal Navy to the eastern Mediterranean "to support Israel", this morning the British Minister of Defense, Grant Shapps, clarified that the ships that will be sent are not warships, but their purpose is to "deter others in the region from intervening" , "to neutralize external influences", and - "ships that can help by turning them into hospitals".
