You know supply and demand and major zones...

You understand pullbacks...

Gold beat major supply and demand zones and made a pullback on daily and pushed to a new zone.

Difference is most currency pairs can only do what gold did once in two years or maybe once a year.

Gold does it very frequently ....it's monthly bearish bars are met by strong buyers at least 70% of the time - look at it's monthly bars and compare to any currency pair

Compare what gold did this week to the movement on eurusd from April 2, 2021

Then you'll understand the full picture.... Break in supply and demand zones and quick pullback.

More likely than not, next week will be a range week on Xauusd or a full on reversal of the momentum generated this week. It is rare for market to continue after a rapid move like this in the next week.

Whatever you missed out on...relax, moves like this happen at best 10 weeks in a year.

Market is not running away and gold on the monthly is a bearish bar till the high is broken, we are technically still in a downtrend on xauusd.

I thought xauusd respects daily levels...it does not. What it respects is weekly and monthly levels....check chart from 2018 and you'll notice this.

Boss, I think it will be a range motion

It should eventually touch 1953... don't be surprised if it gaps to that region.

1953 is the key weekly and monthly area for reversal to downtrend.

Monday open will give more clarity.

If you want to sell, wait for market to get to 1953, and range for like three days and break towards 1923 before you consider it.


It is a downtrend on the monthly till 1953 is broken and pullback ard 1973 forms

It is an uptrend on the daily till 1870 is broken or till the structure referred to around 1953 occurs.
